Broccoli Bites

Reader Submission for the Pinstrosiversary Challenge:

As you can see, these broccoli bites look hardly a thing like the picture! I don’t know what I did differently, but my “bites” turned out more like “blobs”. I didn’t put them on parchment paper, either (like the recipe calls for), but I greased the pan. Nevertheless, they stuck, and I had to scrape them off! They also didn’t taste all that amazing. In the end, I think just plain broccoli would’ve been better. JAt least, it is while I’m making dinner!
