Breakfast Sausage Muffins

I loved the concept of these sausage and pancake muffins. We’ve tried dipping sausage links and patties into batter before, then cooking it on the griddle, but it never turned out so well. This was a much easier way to do that! I’d call it a Pin-possibility, because it wasn’t exactly a win but it wasn’t exactly a fail. The flavor was bland, but we did use a new batter. And it definitely need way more sausage (or maybe chopped-up pieces of sausage instead of just half a link). Also, I forgot to grease the muffin tins. :P However, it worked way better than I expected and didn’t taste too bad with syrup. And the possibilities are endless! J
