Last week I sent in an entry for English Muffin Bread.

Today I made this bread again but I decided to put a spin on it. I used 5 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour, 1 cup of multigrain flour, and 4 1/2 cups of white flour. It was delicious again! It didn't have the English muffin part to it-it was more like real bread.
