I just peel back the dry, shriveled part ALLLLLLL the way down and pop it back in the water. Also, clean water every couple of days. Your jar may also be over crowded. <br /><br />If all else fails, now that they've rooted a bit, pop them in a small pot of soil with a bit of fertilizer. They'll perk back up!
